Mishi’s Corner Exchange Policy

All sales are final sales with the exception of electronic devices (anything that runs on batteries or needs to be plugged in to run)
Our policy for any electronic device is that it will be EXCHANGED for the same product if it happens to have any sort of manufacture defect. Returns/refunds are not accepted, only exchanges for these devices.
Any item being exchanged needs to be free from any physical damage, and in all original packaging as it was purchased in. Manufacture defects are very rare, but can happen – if your item has a defect of any kind, our policy is that we need to be notified within 48 hours of purchase:
We must be notified via EMAIL: firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of your purchase (an order number or a message thread showing that you came to purchase/pick up) no more than 48 hours after pick up or delivery of your purchase so we can make arrangements for your exchange.
We do not do cash refunds, as all sales are FINAL. There are no exceptions to the exchange policy. Please note that your exchange may take up to 10 business days to be ready, you would be responsible for any shipping costs if you are not able to drop off/pick up, and will have to confirm availability with Mishi’s Corner to do the exchange.

All electronics are guaranteed to be in working and brand new condition. Should there be a manufacture defect of any kind, Mishi's Corner must be notified in writing within 48 hours of your package showing as delivered to your address. The email to contact is: email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no physical damage. It must also be in the original, undamaged and unaltered packaging.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned. This includes all items that are not electronics, and any sale items, which are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be for the original price of the item(s) only, any/all shipping charges are non refutable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, and only under the timeline outlined above. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Mishi's Corner, 9535 McDonough Way NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5Y 0P3. Please note that return shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 535 McDonough Way NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5Y 0P3.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for any packages that we don't ship ourselves. If you do not provide us with a tracking number for your exchange and it is not received within two weeks of your written confirmation that it has been sent back, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
